Event must be contracted, including a signed credit card authorization and any required deposits by the end of the promotional period (Must reserve by April 30, 2025). Qualifying events must occur between January 1-April 30 and have contracted F&B minimums of at least $80/per person plus taxes, fees & gratuities, with at least 10 guaranteed guests in attendance.
Event balance must be paid in full before the conclusion of the event using a single method of payment (no separate checks or multiple credit cards). Promotion only applies to events at II Mulino Prime SoHo. If complimentary sparkling wine toast is selected, only guests who are 21 or older, with legal proof of age, will be allowed to consume alcohol. If there is any question, II Mulino Prime SoHo reserves the right to discontinue service to any guest at any time.
